When it's time to make a change in your life listen to Bang one's Head.

Markus and Mauz played before in several other bands and started with Bang one's head in 2012. The band was formed in 2013 when Bruno and Maik joined in. From that year on did the journey begin and we started to search for sound that satisfy all of us. The result is music that cuts many styles but still carries the signature of Bang one's Head. We love to play melodies which are fleshed out with metal guitar riffs.

Bang one's Head is not just our name it is our music.

We are still working on new material that we are playing live and that we can once print on our first album. We are planing to record three demo songs in the first half of this year that will give you an impression of our music.
